POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post - Registered Post, which includes tracking. Registered Post requires a signature upon delivery. The cost for shipping is based on Australia Post's standard price for Registered Parcel Post for items weighing up to 500g, as varied from time to time, plus a small fee for packaging.
For orders weighing over 500g, please contact us for an estimate on postage costs.
All shipping for orders placed outside of Australia will be dispatched using Australia Post's International Parcel Service and postage costs are based on the weight of the individual order and the country of destination.
If you require an estimate on international shipping costs, please contact us before finalising your order.
If 'Select Another Country' appears in the shipping calculator section of the Checkout it means that, regrettably, we are unable to ship to that destination.
Orders will be dispatched from our studio within two to three business days, once your order is received and payment finalised.
Australian orders are usually delivered within three business days via Registered Post.
Overseas orders should be delivered within a minimum of ten business days, but can take longer depending on destination.
Australia Post provides additional services at extra cost should an order need urgent delivery. Please contact us prior to finalising your order to discuss this option.
Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the postal system.
Registered Post includes compensation for loss or damage up to a maximum of $100.00 Australian Dollars.
Australia Post provides additional insurance cover, with incremental costs based on the retail value of an order. Should you wish to pay for extra insurance, please contact us prior to finalising your order.
All orders are packaged carefully and securely for shipping. A small, nominal fee is included in all postage costs.
We stand by the quality of our products. However, our customer's satisfaction is important to us. Should you believe that an item you have purchased is faulty, then we will attempt to provide a remedy. Unfortunately, this does not extend to changing your mind once you have received an item or if an item is not what you initially thought it to be. Therefore, please choose carefully before you finalise your order.
Should we agree that a return is necessary, once the item is returned to our studio, we will provide you with credit to re-invest in our products, equivalent to the retail value of the original item. This does not include the initial shipping costs as they are non-refundable. Shipping costs associated with any and all returns are solely your responsibility.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, therefore such items are not subject to our returns policy.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and your original invoice must be included (please make a copy for your records).
Please ensure that the item is unworn, in new and original condition and in it's original packaging. Once we have received the item, we will thoroughly test to ensure that the item has not been altered or tampered with in any way.
We recommend that you return the item by at least Registered Post, as we will not be responsible should the item be lost or damaged in return shipping.
